CIARLA collections... not just for brides

If you thought CIARLAbride was just for brides or their fashion-forward bridesmaids, think again...

CIARLA is so versatile, that we have become popular amongst high school students for their proms. Bella Bridesmaid Los Gatos sponsored the Los Gatos High School Fashion Show Prom Segment. It looks like the girls had a blast in our Alice and Tear Drop dresses from the Alice Collection!

Sponsor of high school fashion show and owner of Bella Bridesmaid Los Gatos, Debra Chin, showed off the Royal Flush dress from our Alice Collection at her friend’s wedding. The dress looked great in the color Celadon, and was a fabulous choice for spring. Paired with her crystal stilettos and grandmother’s vintage clutch, Debra stood out amongst all other guests!

I love designing custom gowns for brides who want something they cant find off the rack and love it even more when a bride wants to wear color. Bride Ashley Smith came to me last season because she wanted a non-traditional gown for her wedding in Mexico.



"When I envisioned myself on my wedding day I always saw myself in something that was fun and playful…. I told Jessica I was open to color and that I loved yellow. I was looking for something whimsical and nontraditional, something that would embrace the vibe of Mexico without being too literal all while being flattering and form fitting. Jessica did an amazing job building the perfect dress for me."

Bella Bridesmaid Los Gatos Trunk Show

I arrived from my two stop layover, 6 hour plane ride to San Jose airport this morning and rushed to the adorable Bella Bridesmaid boutique in Los Gatos for our weekend Trunk Show. I was greeted by two friendly, smiling Bella employees (Katie and Selene) who were busy servicing the needs of eager brides, one who snatched up the Tear Drop cocktail number before we were even introduced!



Mimosas and sweet little cheese cake treats were spread out for busy brides-to-be often forgetting to eat from the excitment. Bridesmaids tried on silk charmeuse pieces from our Bella Collection and collected swatches to show the rest of their bridal party possible color options.



The shiny hardwood floors, elegant chandeliers, brick walls and fabulous selection of dresses provided the perfect platform for our first Trunk Show. Thank you to Los Gatos Bella Bridesmaid owner Debra for organizing this event! Fantastic food, beautiful weather and friendly faces...I'm starting to remember how much I love California!

CIARLA TRUNK SHOW at Bella Bridesmaid in Los Gatos

CIARLAbride's first TRUNKS SHOW will be held at the designer boutique Bella Bridesmaid in Los Gatos, CA on February 27th and 28th. Tell all of your west coast friends about it as a special discount will be offered for those who attend the event.

See in person the new Spring collection that has recently been featured in The Knot magazine. CIARLA collections will be carried in boutiques across the country in New York City, San Francisco, Los Gatos, Chicago and Milwaukee.

Holiday Party with Dean Fredrick

Happy Holidays everyone! We celebrated the end of this fabulous year with the very unique jewelry designer Dean Fredrick located here in Austin. His gorgeous diamonds are incredibly modern in that he uses color and slivers of diamonds to create a fashion forward look. (www.deanfredrick.com) We thought it was a great match for our fashion forward bridal dresses.

Thanks to all of the models and fabulous interns who helped set up for the event and who enjoyed the sweets and Cava provided. I know I did!!

Another great discovery was the three bridesmaid lines from CIARLAbride. The line is very fashion forward and offers a variety of styles and silhouettes so brides and bridesmaids are sure to fall in love with one, if not all, of their designs.

Little White Dress

In ready to wear, everyone knows they need a LBD (little black dress), well now in bridal with all the events one must attend—rehearsal dinner, reception, honeymoon, etc., all brides need a little white dress. Jessica Ciarla has created the most darling collection of white cocktail dresses to help you make it through the week of events. Chicago Bridal Market

It's been a crazy few weeks preparing for Chicago Bridal Market, but somehow we were able to get all of our three collections sewn and photographed to present to buyers at the show.

The new Bella Collection and the Little White Dress Alice Collection were both photographed by The Knot Magazine so keep an out for any online pictures or print features.

Chicago is a great city and I hope to get back there soon when I'm not working a 9 hour, 4 day show!
